How do we get a 1 on 1 session?

A little while ago I had a meditation experience where a voice inside said "What if I was just...okay?" and this thought alone was so incredibly dysregulating. I immediately went into panic thinking "What would that even look like? How would I respond to situations that upset me?". My breathing became irregular and intense and my body started squirming from the unease. And it's been pretty downhill mentally for me from this point. I've struggled to meditate and continue the progress I had made. I've no idea where to go from here. If anyone can shed any light on this that'd be helpful I guess.

5:43 "that is what you'd feel when you wake up from a nightmare; a deep relief". All I look forward to is sleeping every night so I can be in dreamworld. And even the nights I get nightmares, I resent having to wake up from them. I prefer the nightmare to waking reality. Admittedly this has gotten *slightly* better the last week or so but not by much. I'm not consciously aware of what I need to not desire sleeping over waking. Been binging your videos. They've been extremely soothing the last few days. Hoping and trying for a change.

I really appreciate your matter-of-fact way of exploring these ideas, using the imagination wisely. I'll have visions of moving into my beautiful home and out of nowhere and within the vision some other "drama" will unfold creating apprehension about the move and I catch and then ask myself "why are you choosing to imagine that scenario?" or "How is this helping to align with the new home unfolding?" or "Are you sure you want to create that vibration in this now moment?". This is the work, this is the practice.

Can please somebody explain to me the thing about the states. I am in a good mood lets say somebody, a colleague is telling me look what a bad guy parked on 2 parking places with his van. I was previously not aware of that, and there are plenty car parking spaces so my first thought was , so let him park on spots, i dont have any issue with that. So now my question, the colleague who is making me aware of some sort of mistake by others is it my negative state trying to convince me. Because, why do i hear it then? Do i see in other people my different states? Hope somebody can explain it to me. Many thanks

Great as usual but can you please answer why even after imagining for months and months people don’t get what they want? Unless massive uninspired action is taken nothing moves. It’s easy to blame the person…maybe they didn’t imagine well enough. Can you please address this from an SP back perspective? How does your life “become” like your imagination if you’re alone day after day - the exact opposite of your imagination?

but just imagining, or feeling as if while doing it, doesn't change Self itself, right? I am a maladaptive daydreaming who constantly imagine the same scenes over and over again, however, nothing has changed before.
